Your success in achieving your goals relies on your ability to stay focused and get the right things done with the time you allow for work. I believe the ability to stay focused comes from willpower, which is really just your energy level. You can increase your energy level with desire and good habits. Habits such as getting enough sleep, good nutrition, and proper exercise.
To me, desire is the most important energy creator. If you desire something bad enough you will find a way to accomplish it. If you find you just can’t seem to accomplish much then maybe you should look at what your desires are. If your desires are for materialistic things then I can guarantee you won’t benefit from the energy boost you could if you desired something more meaningful.
Your energy level will increase your level of input into reaching your goals. Ultimately, it will be your effectiveness and efficiency in determining what kind of output you will generate. You must do the right things in the right way. You can also increase productivity exponentially if you are capable of getting more people, other than just yourself, to work towards the same goal as you.
The questions you must answer, in relation to your goal, are:
Do I have enough desire to see this goal through? If so….
What should I be doing to achieve my goal?
How should I be doing it?
Is there anyone else I could be doing this with?
